BIRMINGHAM, AL, Aug. 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First US Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: FUSB) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share.  The dividend is payable on October 1, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2020. 

“We are pleased to announce a dividend for the twenty-fifth consecutive quarter,” stated James F. House, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  “We will continue to evaluate any future dividend payments so that they will be consistent with maintaining our strong capital base,” concluded Mr. House.
