Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and SVB Securities are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Stifel is acting as an additional book-running manager for the proposed offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is acting as lead manager for the proposed offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
