Floor & Decor Accelerates its Growth in Commercial Flooring with the Acquisition of Spartan Surfaces
Floor & Decor (NYSE: FND) has announced its acquisition of 100% of Spartan Surfaces for up to $90 million, with part of the payment contingent on achieving specific fiscal performance goals through 2024. This transaction, expected to close in Q2 of fiscal 2021, will be financed using cash and $5 million in FND common stock.
