(NASDAQ: FIBK) (“First Interstate” or the “Company”) announced today the upcoming retirement of President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin P. Riley and has initiated a search for his successor. Riley will continue to serve in his role as President and CEO until a successor is appointed.

Riley joined First Interstate in 2013 as Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer before becoming President and CEO in 2015.
