NEWPORT NEWS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ferguson Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: FERG; LSE: FERG), a Delaware corporation, announces today Ferguson is now headquartered in Newport News, Virginia following the completion of its corporate reorganization.
