Sylla Dixon will oversee all federal-level governmental and regulatory activities for Exelon, including the development and implementation of industry policies and will provide strategic direction for relationships with key entities, including the U.S. Congress, governmental agencies, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and PJM regional transmission provider. Sylla Dixon will play a crucial role in how Exelon leads the energy transformation by driving policies and initiatives that promote sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Dixon will report to Exelon EVP, Public Policy and Chief External Affairs Officer, Colette Honorable.

She has also held senior leadership roles in Government Relations, External Affairs and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Amazon, Raytheon Technologies, Verizon Communications and T-Mobile.
