Mr. Moorhouse will succeed Duane Nelson, who has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nelson will continue to serve as a director and has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

Prior to joining EnviroMetal, he held senior positions with a number of TSX.V, TSE and private companies.
