Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) has subscribed for all C shares and intends to accept the acquisition offer.

After acquiring the C shares, Ericsson plans to convert them to B shares. Post-conversion, Ericsson's total shares will reach 3,371,351,735, comprising 261,755,983 A shares and 3,109,595,752 B shares. The company currently holds 15,579,561 B shares as treasury stock.

Smobi's platform features include manual RCS campaign capabilities and 'Mo', an AI agent for proactive customer engagement.
