ESSA Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq: EPIX) announced a public offering of 4,830,918 common shares priced at $27.00 per share, totaling approximately $130.4 million. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 724,637 shares. Jefferies and Piper Sandler are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. Oppenheimer & Co. is acting as lead manager for the Offering and Bloom Burton Securities Inc. is acting as co-manager for the Offering.
