Emerson Names Elizabeth Adefioye Chief People Officer
Emerson (NYSE: EMR) has appointed Elizabeth Adefioye as its first chief people officer. Adefioye, previously at Ingredion, will oversee a newly consolidated HR function focusing on culture, employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She will ensure alignment between the company's people agenda and its business objectives, joining Emerson’s Office of the Chief Executive.
