President and CEO Mark Hernandez commented, "2023 was a year of substantial and very positive change for The Eastern Company. With a new leadership team at the helm, we initiated a series of actions to enhance Eastern's operating efficiency, reduce costs and intensify the company's focus on delivering value to shareholders.
