(CSE:ELMT; OTC:ELNSF; FRANKFURT:93X) (the “Company” or “Element”), is pleased to announce that the clinically proven amino acid formulation used in its Rejuvenate™ muscle health products received a global Patent Cooperation Treaty (“PCT”) patent issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on March 15, 2022. This patent extends Element’s intellectual property protection for “the amino acid composition for stimulating muscle protein synthesis” beyond the Unites States into foreign markets including, but not limited to, Canada, the European Union and the Asia Pacific countries.

This is the first global patent to be issued in the muscle health industry for a product that increases muscle protein synthesis. The patent will cover the amino acid formulation in both the Company’s brands, Rejuvenate™ and Promino™, and will support the launch of Promino™ into professional sports and the US$14 billion¹ sports nutrition industry.
