(NASDAQ: DSPG), a leading global provider of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications, today announced the appointment of Mrs. Shira Fayans Birenbaum to its Board of Directors, effective April 12, 2021. Gabi Seligsohn, who has served on the Company’s board during the past eight years, will not stand for re-election at the 2021 annual shareholders meeting in light of his recent appointment as executive chairman of an energy storage company listed on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.
