Danimer Scientific (NYSE: DNMR) has appointed Stephen Martin as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Martin, a Duke University graduate and former Air Force officer, will oversee legal affairs as the company expands its manufacturing capacity in the growing bioplastics market.
