Jacobo Singer, who currently serves as COO and Co-President, will continue to serve in both roles during a transition period until December 15, 2024, at which time he will step down from both roles. During this transition period, Carlos and Jacobo will work closely to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities. Following the transition period, Jacobo will continue to serve as a member of our Board of Directors.
