Diodes Incorporated Nominates Dr. Huey-Jen Jenny Su to the Board
Diodes Incorporated (DIOD) has nominated Dr. Huey-Jen Jenny Su to its Board of Directors, effective February 3, 2025. Dr. Su, currently an Honorary Professor of Environmental Health at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), brings significant expertise in environmental and occupational health research. She made history as NCKU's first female President in 2015.
Dr. Su's achievements include receiving the Outstanding Professional Global Corporate Sustainability Award (2022), Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Leadership Award (2017), and recognition among Asia's top 100 researchers. Her research focuses on air pollution health effects and airborne microbial hazards, including contributions to WHO guidelines for biological agents in indoor environments.
Following her appointment, Diodes' Board will consist of eight directors, with four being female. Dr. Su will await formal election at the May 2025 shareholder meeting before receiving committee assignments.
