Learning suite provider recognized for fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion and giving back to the community
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Docebo Inc. (NASDAQ: DCBO; TSX: DCBO) (“Docebo” or the “Company”), a leading artificial intelligence (AI)-powered learning suite provider, today announced that TrustRadius, the most trusted research and review platform, has recognized Docebo with a 2022 Tech Cares Award. This third-annual award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for their employees and surrounding communities.
“Docebo has earned a 2022 Tech Cares award for demonstrating a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility,” said Megan Headley, VP of Research at TrustRadius. “Docebo released their first ESG report earlier this year, outlining their initiatives and how they support their values of accountability, impact, and togetherness. These initiatives included creating new resource groups to foster inclusion for their employees and prioritizing renewal energy sources for 80% of their offices.”
To be accepted for the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated impactful CSR initiatives in one of the following categories: volunteerism, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, charitable giving, and fundraising, support for in-office and remote employees, or environmental sustainability initiatives. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. The TrustRadius research team thoroughly vetted all nominations, and the supporting materials were provided by the nominated companies.
“It’s an honor to receive this recognition from TrustRadius for the second year in a row,” said Claudio Erba, CEO and Founder of Docebo. “We believe it is important to inspire a better future through technology, by living by our core values and embracing corporate social responsibility to effect positive change. We couldn’t have accomplished all that we have without the amazing group of employees and employee resource groups who work tirelessly behind the scenes on many of our CSR initiatives, and our loyal partners and customers who continue to support our efforts every step of the way.”
