(“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE American: CVU) today announced that it filed a Comprehensive Form 10-K/A for the twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019. This Comprehensive Form 10-K/A contains the audited restated financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, as well as restatements of unaudited restated quarterly financial statements as of and for the quarters ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 2020.
