Cvent Holding Corp. (CVT) reported fourth quarter 2022 revenue of $170.9 million, up 18.2% year-over-year and exceeding guidance. Event Cloud revenue grew 17.2% to $120.6 million, while Hospitality Cloud revenue rose 20.5% to $50.3 million. For the fiscal year 2022, total revenue reached $630.6 million, a 21.5% increase. However, net loss widened to $100.3 million, compared to $86.1 million in 2021. Adjusted EBITDA stood at $113.4 million, above guidance, with an 18.0% margin. Following a definitive acquisition agreement with Blackstone, Cvent will not provide future financial guidance.
