About C3 Metals Inc.
C3 Metals Inc. (OTCQB: CUAUF) is a mineral exploration company dedicated to the discovery and development of significant copper and gold deposits. With a focus on creating long-term value, the company operates in two prolific mining regions: Jamaica and the Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt in Southern Peru. These regions are known for their rich geological potential, making them prime locations for copper and gold exploration.
Core Business Areas
In Jamaica, C3 Metals holds a 100% interest in 17,855 hectares of exploration licenses and a 50% interest in 9,870 hectares through a joint venture with Geophysx Jamaica Ltd. The company has identified 16 porphyry, 40 epithermal, and multiple volcanic-hosted redbed copper-gold prospects over a 30km strike extent. The Bellas Gate Project, a key asset, spans 18km and has shown promising results in drilling campaigns, including high-grade copper-gold mineralization. The company recently entered into a US$75 million earn-in agreement with Freeport-McMoRan Exploration Corporation, highlighting the district-scale potential of its Jamaican assets.
In Southern Peru, C3 Metals controls approximately 30,000 hectares within the Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt, a globally recognized copper-producing region. The company's flagship Jasperoide project includes 15 skarn prospects and an outcropping porphyry system over two parallel 28km belts. The Montana de Cobre Zone has yielded a maiden resource estimate of 52 million tonnes at 0.5% copper and 0.2 g/t gold. The nearby Khaleesi project, an undrilled copper-gold prospect, has shown significant potential with a 1,900m by 650m copper-molybdenum anomaly identified through soil sampling.
Strategic Partnerships and Exploration Expertise
C3 Metals leverages strategic partnerships to advance its projects while mitigating financial risks. Its collaboration with Freeport-McMoRan in Jamaica and its joint venture with Geophysx Jamaica Ltd. underscore its ability to attract major industry players. The company employs advanced geological techniques, including soil geochemistry, geophysical surveys, and 3D modeling, to identify and evaluate high-potential targets. Its systematic approach to exploration ensures efficient resource allocation and maximizes discovery potential.
Geological Significance and Competitive Position
The company's assets are located in regions with established mining infrastructure and a history of copper and gold production. In Jamaica, C3 Metals is a first mover in an emerging copper-gold district, while in Peru, its projects are situated near major mining operations like Las Bambas and Constancia. These strategic locations provide access to skilled labor, infrastructure, and markets, enhancing the company's competitive position.
Community Engagement
C3 Metals is committed to sustainable development and community engagement. In Jamaica, the company has partnered with local organizations to provide healthcare and educational programs, demonstrating its dedication to social responsibility. These initiatives strengthen its relationships with local communities and stakeholders, ensuring long-term operational success.
Conclusion
C3 Metals Inc. combines geological expertise, strategic partnerships, and a focus on high-potential regions to create value in the mineral exploration sector. Its diversified portfolio in Jamaica and Peru positions it as a key player in the global copper and gold markets, with significant growth potential driven by systematic exploration and resource development.
C3 Metals provided an update on its Jamaica projects after Hurricane Beryl hit the region. The company confirmed its team is safe, and there were no injuries. Equipment and samples are intact, but infrastructure has been significantly damaged. Access roads are impassable, power lines are down, and multiple landslides have obstructed routes. Consequently, C3 Metals is shifting its focus from exploration to aiding the local community, offering food, water, and help with debris removal and home repairs.
Dan Symons, President and CEO, stated that safety is the company's top priority and emphasized the importance of community support during this challenging period. The next steps will involve assessing the damage more thoroughly and restoring power and infrastructure to resume normal operations.

C3 Metals announced a significant copper-gold drilling result at its Bellas Gate project in Jamaica. The highlight comes from drill hole CMH8390-001, which intersected 294.0 meters at 0.30% copper and 0.13 g/t gold from the surface, terminating in 0.36% copper at 600 meters. This follows a previous report of 207.8 meters at 0.43% copper and 0.20 g/t gold from hole CMH8350-001. Two other holes at Geo Hill showed low to moderate copper-gold mineralization, while a hole west of Camel Hill showed extensive alteration but no significant assays. The results suggest a large hydrothermal system extending across 2 kilometers. Moving forward, the company plans more drilling and is updating its geological models.
C3 Metals announced the successful drilling of 79m at 0.71% copper and 0.49 g/t gold (1.06% CuEq) at its Connors porphyry prospect within the Bellas Gate project in Jamaica.
This result confirms high-grade copper-gold mineralization potential in the porphyry systems at Bellas Gate. The company welcomes Barrick Gold to Jamaica, following Barrick's agreement with Geophysx Jamaica to earn up to 80% in surrounding mineral concessions.
C3 Metals' exploration continues with multiple ongoing drill holes and new prospects identified. Assays are pending for Camel Hill and Geo Hill prospects, while trenching and sampling are underway at Arthurs Seat and Super Block projects.
The company plans to continue drilling with its cost-efficient, in-house diamond drill rig.
