Stockholders of the Company are invited to attend the virtual annual meeting at https://meetnow.global/MZJUMJX on November 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., Central Time.
Stockholders will be asked to (i) elect a Board of Directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders, (ii) ratify the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as independent auditors, (iii) ratify and approve, on a non-binding basis, the compensation of the Company’s executives, and (iv) grant discretionary authority to the chairman of the annual meeting to adjourn the annual meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional proxies. Stockholders of the Company may cast one vote for each share of common stock that they own as of the record date.
