ATLANTA, April 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Oldcastle Infrastructure™, a CRH company, announced today that it has acquired three reinforced concrete pipe and box culvert plants located in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio from The Quikrete Companies.
