Trading is expected to begin with the open of the market on April 12, 2022, under Charge's existing ticker symbol "CRGE". Charge's common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Markets quotation system until trading commences on The Nasdaq Global Market. Stockholders are not required to take any action as a result of the uplisting.
