Bon Salle brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets, risk management, securitization, and mortgage policy leadership. He previously served as Chairman of Home Point Capital Inc. and Executive Vice President of Single-Family Mortgage business at Fannie Mae, where he managed a $3.5 trillion credit portfolio and oversaw relationships with more than 2,000 clients. In his role at Fannie Mae, he was responsible for capital market functions, customer engagement, and leading the digital products group.
