TULSA, Okla., Sept. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearSign Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: CLIR) ("ClearSign" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in industrial combustion and sensing technologies that improve energy, operational efficiency and safety while dramatically reducing emissions, today announces that the Company has received the purchase order to proceed with the next phase of the twenty burner project announced on March 29, 2022 for a California refinery. 

The purchase order is for the purchase of four burners for testing, the multi burner test and other ancillary items.  The timing and scope of this order is due to the acceleration of the project timeline.  The engineering and computer modelling for this project has been completed and the remaining timeline for this project has been accelerated. The Company expects an additional purchase order for the manufacture and supply of the remaining sixteen burners during the fourth quarter of this year.
