TULSA, Okla., June 15, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearSign Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: CLIR) ("ClearSign" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in industrial combustion and sensing technologies that improve energy, operational efficiency and safety while dramatically reducing emissions, today announced that the Company has reincorporated in the State of Delaware from Washington State (the "Reincorporation"). 

The Reincorporation was previously approved by the board of directors of the Company, and subsequently approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Company's Annual Meeting of shareholders held on June 6, 2023. ClearSign is now subject to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
