(TSX and NASDAQ: CIGI) ("Colliers") announced today that it has extended and increased its unsecured multi-currency revolving credit facility (the “Credit Facility”) for a new five-year term maturing in May 2027. The new Credit Facility was led by Bank of Montreal and was syndicated to ten additional banks including HSBC Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Mizuho Bank, U.S. Bank, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Bank of America, Bank of Nova Scotia, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Wells Fargo Bank and National Bank of Canada. The Credit Facility ranks pari passu with Colliers’ existing privately placed fixed rate senior notes maturing in 2028 and 2031.
