Fortun and Brian P. Short have decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which has not yet been scheduled.

Scott P. Anderson, Chairman of the Board of C.H. Robinson, said, “On behalf of the entire Board, I thank Wayne and Brian for their years of committed service to C. H. Robinson.
