Gratomic Inc. (TSXV:GRAT)(OTCQX:CBULF) has acquired 100% of the rights to the Capim Grosso Property in Brazil for CAD $200,000 and 3,840,580 common shares at a deemed price of $1.38 each. This acquisition allows Gratomic to diversify its interests in graphite, strategically positioning them to meet growing demand.
