C-Bond Systems Discusses Significant Potential of Its Patented C-Bond Technology with The Stock Day Podcast

PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / October 26, 2023 / The Stock Day Podcast welcomed C-Bond Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink:CBNT) ("the Company"), a San Antonio-based nanotechnology company and marketer of the patented C-Bond technology, which is proven to strengthen glass for architectural applications. Chairman and CEO of the Company, Scott R. Silverman, joined Stock Day host Matthew Dunehoo.

Dunehoo began the interview by asking about the Company's background and current projects. "C-Bond Systems is a company now based out of San Antonio, Texas, originally out of Houston, Texas, which emerged out of Rice University," explained Silverman. "We now have 22 patents or licenses related to our technology," he shared. "In a nutshell, we strengthen brittle materials," said Silverman, noting that the Company began its work in the glass sector and now has two products through its Patriot Glass Solutions division.

"How does C-Bond's technology differ from other competitors in this space?", asked Dunehoo. "We manufacture the fluid that goes in between the window film and the glass as the alternative adhesive agent to the common soap and water model," said Silverman. "Our technology is proven and patented to strengthen the underlying glass," he added. "Our most extreme example of this is our bullet-resistant solution with 3 levels of 15 mil window film and our chemical solution, C-Bond BRS, between each layer." he continued. "We are certified up to NIJ standard level IIA to stop five rounds at 15 feet."

"How does the technology compare in terms of installation costs?", asked Dunehoo. "We are bullet-resistant rather than bulletproof, and the result of that is a solution that can stop 5 rounds at varying distances but also represents about 25% of the standard cost and is much more aesthetically pleasing from a visibility perspective."

"How would you describe your primary markets?", asked Dunehoo. "The primary markets start with schools and commercial markets, followed by government, retail, and media outlets," said Silverman. "We have now installed our technology at over 130 schools across the country," he shared, adding that a majority of these installations have occurred in Texas. "Texas to-date is the only state in the country that has mandated the use of either security window film or security fencing around the perimeter of all 8,100 public schools in the state of Texas."

"We believe we are in a great position to at least be the best technology on the market, while creating sales and marketing opportunities internally, through our dealer network, or with partners to go out there and take over the opportunity within the school safety initiative space," continued Silverman.

The conversation then turned to the Company's upcoming investor call and 3rd quarter financial results. "We intend to educate investors over the next week or so about what Patriot Glass Solutions is and the direction of that division, all of which will be covered on the upcoming conference call, which will be announced shortly."

"How do people learn about these products and technology?", asked Dunehoo. "We have created a dealer network across the country that we continue to educate about our technology and the sales process," said Silverman, adding that the Company also works with a number of partners, including partners focused on school safety initiatives.

"Why is now the right time to invest in C-Bond Systems?", asked Dunehoo. "The simple answer is market demand and best technology," said Silverman. "The market demand has never been where it is now with safety technology," he said. "The state we are based in is the leading state right now when it comes to fortifying schools and providing school safety initiatives across the board," continued Silverman. "The world needs our technology."

To close the interview, Silverman elaborated on the Company's growth, as well as their successful 3rd quarter results, as they continue to develop life-saving products as the demand for safety technologies increases around the world.
