("CBAK Power") has completed its previously announced acquisition of a majority stake in Zhejiang Hitrans Lithium Battery Technology Co. ("Hitrans"), a leading lithium-ion battery material supplier in China formerly known as Zhejiang Meidu Hitrans Lithium Battery Technology Co.
