NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) ("Brixmor" or the "Company") announced today that its operating partnership, Brixmor Operating Partnership LP (the "Operating Partnership"), will redeem $500,000,000.00 aggregate principal amount of its 3.250% Senior Notes due 2023 (CUSIP Number 11120V AD5) (the "Senior Notes"), representing all of the outstanding Senior Notes, on September 2, 2021 (the "Redemption Date"). The Senior Notes were issued pursuant to an Indenture, dated as of January 21, 2015  (the "Base Indenture"), between the Operating Partnership and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee (the "Trustee"), as supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of August 24, 2016, by and between the Operating Partnership and the Trustee (the "Fourth Supplemental Indenture" and, together with the Base Indenture, the "Indenture").

Pursuant to the terms of the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes will be redeemed at a price equal to the principal amount of the Senior Notes plus a make-whole premium calculated pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, up to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. 

A notice of redemption and related materials were mailed to holders of record of the Senior Notes on August 18, 2021. Holders that hold their Senior Notes through the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") will be redeemed in accordance with the applicable procedures of DTC. Questions relating to the notice of redemption and related materials should be directed to The Bank of New York Mellon, in its capacity as paying agent for the redemption of the Senior Notes, at 1-800-254-2826.
