(TSX: QRC) (the "Company" or "QRC") is pleased to announce that, further to the press release dated February 6, 2024, Wyloo Metals Pty Ltd. ("Wyloo") has now completed the sale of all of its shares in QRC to a group of non-Canadian investors. QRC would like to thank current shareholders that have participated in the transaction as well as welcome new shareholders to the Company.
