HOUSTON, Aug. 03, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bio-Path Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq:BPTH) (“Bio-Path” or the “Company”), a biotechnology company leveraging its proprietary DNAbilize® antisense RNAi nanoparticle technology to develop a portfolio of targeted nucleic acid cancer drugs, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of common stock, together with accompanying common stock purchase warrants, at a price to the public of
Roth Capital Partners acted as the sole placement agent for the offering.
Bio-Path currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
A registration statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-272879) relating to the public offering of the securities described above was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and was declared effective on August 2, 2023.
