(“Biomea”) (Nasdaq: BMEA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing novel covalent small molecules to treat and improve the lives of patients with genetically defined cancers and metabolic diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $30.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Biomea from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $150.0 million. In addition, Biomea has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on April 3, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
