TopBuild Reports Second Quarter 2022 Results
TopBuild Corp. (NYSE:BLD) reported robust Q2 2022 financial results, with sales soaring by 52.7% to $1.3 billion and net income increasing by 59.0% to $143.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved 100 basis points to 19.0%. The company is on track to achieve $35 million to $40 million in synergies from its recent DI integration. With continued strong demand across all service areas, TopBuild forecasts 2022 sales between $4.8 billion and $4.9 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $860 million to $900 million.

2022 Outlook
