Ed is a highly seasoned IR leader who brings more than two decades of experience as a senior financial and operational executive, including extensive work in financial strategy, planning and modeling, and Sustainability. He held a number of senior executive roles throughout his 15 year tenure at American Water Works (NYSE: AWK) today a $28 billion market cap company, where he launched and developed the company’s investor relations function and pioneered its integrated IR and ESG reporting after having led American Water’s IPO on the NYSE. While at American Water, Ed consistently ranked first or second All-American Executive Team for Utilities and ESG by the industry’s most reputable organization surveying over 3,000 investment professionals. In the earlier stages of his career with the company, he held roles as vice president of mergers and acquisitions and treasurer. Ed also brings a depth of experience in renewable energy through his most recent role as Bloom Energy’s (NYSE: BE) Vice President of Investor Relations.
