The offering price is 100% of the principal amount. The Notes will initially accrue interest at 4.375% until October 30, 2025, after which it will switch to a floating rate. The issuance aims to qualify as Tier 2 capital. Net proceeds will support general corporate purposes, including potential redemptions and growth initiatives.
