The second annual report – titled “What We Don’t Know About Women Warriors 2024: Resilience and the Woman Warfighter” – explores the state of women warfighters in the U.S. military and the critical need to invest in and adopt human performance technology. This new training paradigm calibrates to an individual’s unique physiological needs using the latest advances in data science, wearable sensors, and virtual and augmented reality to optimize physical and cognitive wellbeing resulting in stronger performance and effectiveness, from training and mission activation to recovery and rehabilitation.
