Aztec Minerals Corp. has announced the acquisition of Kootenay Silver Inc.'s 35% stake in the Cervantes porphyry gold-copper project in Sonora, Mexico, as part of a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated July 22, 2022. Aztec will issue 10,000,000 shares at C$0.25 each, and Kootenay will retain a 0.5% Net Smelter Return Royalty.
