PHILADELPHIA, March 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Axalta (NYSE: AXTA), a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, today introduced Imron Industrial 2100 HG-C high-gloss clearcoat into its existing high-performance Imron Industrial portfolio in North America. The new clearcoat is formulated to melt quickly and flow smoothly making damaged areas easy to repair.
Imron 2100 HG-C is a 2.1 Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), two-component, low Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) polyurethane clearcoat based on proprietary Axalta resin technology and produces both polyester and acrylic urethane properties, which are designed for high-quality appearance applications.
