AAM Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Financial Results
American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings (AXL) reported Q4 2020 sales of $1.44 billion, net income of $36 million, and an Adjusted EBITDA of $261.5 million. For the full year, sales totaled $4.71 billion, reflecting a net loss of $(561.3 million) due to COVID-19 impacts. Additionally, in the fourth quarter of 2019 we completed the sale of our U.S. iron casting operations.
