Prior to his role in West Virginia, Burton was senior director of operations for Pennsylvania American Water. He began his career with American Water in the Military Services Group, where he oversaw the operations of the group's 11 military bases and more than 200 employees. He also spent four years managing the company's Fort Belvoir, Va., and Fort Meade, Md., water and wastewater systems.

Wyman has more than 30 years of experience within the utility sector.
