(NASDAQ: ATHX), a regenerative medicine company developing MultiStem® (invimestrocel) for critical care indications, announced today that it intends to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended September 30, 2022 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after market close on Monday, November 14, 2022, issue a news release reporting those financial results and recent business highlights before market open on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, and hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
The company is rescheduling the reporting of its third quarter 2022 financial results in order to provide sufficient time to complete the Form 10-Q specifically regarding the accounting for recently issued equity warrants.
