DATA443 FILES 14C INFORMATIONAL STATEMENT AS ESSENTIAL STEP TOWARDS POTENTIAL NASDAQ LISTING
Data443 Risk Mitigation (OTCPK: ATDS) has announced a reverse stock split and a reduction in authorized shares to meet Nasdaq listing requirements. This move, approved by the Board and shareholders, aims for an uplisting by ensuring a closing bid price of at least $4.00 per share. The reverse split will be in a ratio between 1-for-10 and 1-for-2,000. Although the company expects compliance post-split, it acknowledges the uncertainty of meeting Nasdaq's criteria for listing.
- The reverse stock split is intended to meet Nasdaq's minimum stock price requirement, potentially increasing investor interest.
- A successful uplisting to Nasdaq could enhance Data443's market visibility and access to capital.
- There is no guarantee that the reverse stock split will achieve compliance with Nasdaq’s listing requirements.
- The company may face uncertainty regarding the future approval for listing on Nasdaq.
