VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ - Aris Mining Corporation (Aris Mining or the Company) (TSX: ARIS) (NYSE-A: ARMN) announces that the Company's common shares will commence trading on the NYSE American LLC (NYSE American) at market open today under the ticker symbol ARMN. Aris Mining's common shares will continue trading on the TSX under the ticker symbol ARIS.
Concurrent with the start of trading on the NYSE American, Aris Mining's common shares will cease trading on the OTCQX market. Shareholders are not required to take any action. The Company recommends that investors who have bought shares on the OTCQX monitor their accounts to ensure that their holdings correctly reflect the new ticker symbol.
