Hayes joins Arm from Fungible Inc., where he served as CEO until its Microsoft acquisition in 2023. His previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Inphi , where he led the PAM4 DSP business, as well as positions at Marvell Technology, Cavium, and Broadcom.

Hayes has also held senior leadership roles at Marvell Technology, Cavium, Inc. and Broadcom Inc.
Hayes holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed executive education courses at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
