Parrish will join Alliance Coal, LLC (“Alliance Coal”) as its Senior Vice President - Operations where he will be responsible for assisting with the management of our coal operations. Mr. Parrish previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Blackhawk Mining, LLC (“Blackhawk”), which produces metallurgical coal at eight mining complexes across southern West Virginia and eastern Kentucky and employs approximately 2,000 people.
