Born and Carmichael bring decades of leadership experience across technology, e-commerce, restaurants, and finance. With their addition, ezCater’s Board now comprises eight Directors, three of whom are women.

She serves as the Audit Chair and a Director at Carlson Inc., a privately held company that has operated in the restaurant, hospitality, and travel industries and currently operates a middle market private equity business. Born is also an adjunct professor of finance at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
