(the “Company”) (OTCQB: AMNI), a diversified oil and gas exploration company with particular focus on Noble gasses, announced that at the open of market trading on, January 20, 2023, its trading name on the OTCQB stock exchange changed from “Infinity Energy Resources, Inc.” to “American Noble Gas, Inc.”, and its ticker symbol changed from “IFNY” to “AMNI”. This accompanies the previously reported corporate name change from “Infinity Energy Resources, Inc.” to “American Noble Gas, Inc.”.
